My Big Brother

By Matthew Flash

Most of us have moments in our life when action is taken up show someone important support in addition to appreciation. We all strive hard daily to enhance our lives. When one of people makes an accomplishment, it is critical we show support to help with the momentum.

How the Big Brother portrait came to be.

When it comes to art, specifically fine art, what contributes to the image the most will be the emotion and energy placed to generate the work.

I remember the night before my brother was leaving to get started on school at the University connected with Florida in Gainesville. As a major brother, I wanted to congratulate him for his achievements; he picked up the Gates Award, which granted him a free of charge ride through his entire schooling. It was probably around midnight once i was reminded that he ended up being leaving tomorrow. I completely forgot. I took out my laptop and search my Sdcard for an image suitable for a portrait. I found a candid that we took with a Canon 7D which radiated success. I immediately took out my acrylics and went right into the painting. It was my first portrait painting, yet my wish to allowed me to go with head first.

After 6 direct hours of painting, I ended that morning feeling exhausted, yet revitalized as well. Standing in front of everyone was a reflection of the little brother, of whom I had created the highest respect for. Regardless of being older, he is defiantly taller than me; despite being elderly, he defiantly has more distinctive achievements than me. Why definitely not grant him the title

Your government.
