Get To Know Concerning The Book Of Jesus Christ

By Tamika Quinn

It's important to have an idea on what the Book of Jesus Christ talks about. At present, much is being said about religious beliefs and the many other forms of religion. The Son of God, Jesus Christ, was born out of the womb of Mary with Joseph, his earthly father. Jesus Christ is the person who came to die in order to save the human race from our sins (belief of the Christian Religion).

There are so many people who wonder if there was more to the man named Jesus Christ that the Holy Bible says. Well, the truth is that; the man named Jesus Christ and his life was more natural and normal than many of us know. The book of Mormon is believed to be another testament of Jesus Christ.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the main church that makes use of the book of Jesus Christ or Mormon. In this book, there is a lot of stuff that you will learn about from the Mormon's side of view. The members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hold on to the fact that Joseph Smith was divinely visited by Moroni, the son of Mormon, in the yr. 1923.

This book also talks about Moroni, who's a son of Mormon who told Smith that he was marked to translate an ancient record of the interaction's God had with the Ancient Americans. The book further explains how Smith discovered collection of many metal plates that were hidden or buried in the ground around western New York State in Indian mounds very near to his place of residence during the year 1827.

The metal plates that he saw contained history that had been gathered by a prophet and historian named Mormon. This history is about some Hebrew clans or tribes resident in America and the visitation of Jesus Christ to one of these Hebrew tribes. The history written on the metal plates brought about Book of Mormon.

In the yr. 1830, John Smith made book of Mormon available to public". He created an organization which is now widely known as the "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints" and its members are now also called the Mormons. The book is divided into 15 sections with each book named in relation to its major author.

Names of books are Nephi, Mosiah, Alma, Jacob, Enos, Jarom, Nephi, Mormon, Omni, Words of Mormon, Helaman, Nephi, Ether and Moroni. The metal plates of Nephi were taken from the initial six books. Meanwhile, the section on "The Words of Mormon" connects history from the small plates with Mormon's abridgement to the larger plates.

The second book however on the the book of Jesus Christ; comes with a translation of the abridgement of Mormon from the large plates with the concluding part containing more of the works by Moroni (the Mormon's Son) as well as the book of Ether. According to book of Jesus Mormon, Jesus Christ paid a visit to the Nephites right after he was crucified and after he resurrected. Going through some of the titles mentioned will not be a bad idea.
